The hat bar itself is very cute and the hats turned out so beautifully!! But there is no point in making a reservation, they did not have enough employees for the amount of guests and the reservation made no difference in the experience. I paid a $20 deposit per person in my group and there was no point in this payment. They kept leaving to help other guests in the middle of making some of our hats and it took way longer than it should have. If you do go, do not make a reservation just walk in!!

This shouldn’t be a batch experience. The employees are kind and helpful, and the shop is cute, but you can walk in and make a hat without having to pay the $20 that batch requires for a reservation. (No reservations are required for this) We went as a group and only 1 person purchased a hat. The $20 you pay batch goes towards a hat. So if you don’t buy a hat… you’re out $20 as the shop won’t refund you since you paid via batch. Batch refunded my money, but it was just annoying to have to ask
