What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a restorative experience where you’re invited to lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into rest through the sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion. The sounds are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation.

Do I need to have experience or know how to meditate?

Not at all. You don’t need any prior experience—just come as you are. All you have to do is lie back, breathe, and let the sounds support you.

Mats & eye masks are provided. You’re welcome to bring a blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy and relaxed. Comfortable layers are encouraged, especially for outdoor sessions.

How long is the experience?

Most sessions run about 60 minutes, but timing can be adjusted based on your group and event flow.

Can I book this for a special event?

Yes. Sound baths are a beautiful way to mark a birthday, retreat, offsite, bridal gathering, or any moment worth slowing down for. Reach out to chat about what you’re planning.

Where can this be hosted?

This experience comes to you. Indoor or outdoor spaces both work beautifully as long as it’s relatively quiet and there’s enough room for everyone to lie down comfortably.

How many people can participate?

This experience is designed for groups of up to 12 people. If you have something larger in mind, let’s talk about what’s possible.

What’s included in the booking?

All sound instruments, facilitation, and mats are included. Optional take-home gifts can be added for an additional fee.

If it’s your space and your group is comfortable with it, yes. Just keep in mind that sudden noises or movement might shift the group’s focus.

Do you travel outside Santa Monica?

Yes, I travel throughout LA. For areas farther out, travel fees may apply.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a fee.

Is this a good fit for a group that doesn’t know each other well?
