What you'll do:

Shimmy Shimmy offers fun & sassy classes in Pole Dancing, Aerial Hammocks, Belly Dancing, Burlesque Chair Dance, Twerk, and Lyra. We have two locations on Long Island (Medford & Miller Place) that you can have your private party and/or group classes at. We can also bring the party to you! We travel and bring all of the equipment to your home, Airbnb, hotel, and/or venue. No prior dance or fitness experience needed. Beginners are welcome.
