What exactly is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing group experience where you “bathe” in healing sound vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. It’s designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Do we have to bring anything?

Just bring a towel or yoga mat to lie on, water, and anything else you need to feel comfy (sunglasses, hat, layers). We provide all sound equipment and guide you through the whole journey!

Can this be customized for our group?

Absolutely! We can include intention-setting, a mini Reiki blessing, or even flower crowns for a more magical touch. Just let us know your vibe and we’ll make it special.

Is this okay for beginners or people who’ve never meditated before?

100%! You don’t need any experience — just show up, lie back, and receive. Most of our clients are first-timers and end up loving it.

Can we do it at sunrise or sunset?

Yes! Sunrise and sunset are the most magical times for this experience. Let us know your group’s ideal time and we’ll plan accordingly.

What happens if it rains?

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule or move the session to a nearby covered/private location. We stay flexible to make sure your group still gets the healing!

Can we book this at our Airbnb instead?

Yep! We offer private sound baths at Airbnb locations, rooftops, or indoor spaces around Miami. Just tell us where and we’ll come to you.

Its hard to find a space where when you walk in your body knows its right. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot there was a sense of calmness…I booked a Sound Healing session with Irene.
